My family had been coming here for years since my children were toddlers! What's not to like about dim sum! Service is always quick and fast! Recommended food: Shrimp ball, shumai, bean curd roll, congee, steamed pork buns

Popped in for a quick takeout order of dim sum after effectively getting a less than warm welcome at Triumph Valley. Haven't been here in ages. Kind of sad to see the mall itself hasn't been kept up very well but hey - the dim sum was still good and they were happy to take my order. It's a case of getting what you expect when you want it and they did fine. Got home - tasty and fresh.

Service was minimal. You get handed a tablet, they bring out your food. Nice for if you have social anxiety in restaurants. Good came out warm and quickly. Very spacious seating. Food was good, if I could do partial stars I would give it a 3.7/5. Definitely would recommend the soy sauce chicken feet and the shrimp dumplings.

This place is now called Hiji Barbecue. Was a bit confused with the signage and to make sure we were in the right place. It is in with the Great Wall shopping strip mall in Kent. The service was a bit lackluster and this is the only reason for 4 stars and not 5. The food however was definitely 5 stars. Piping hot to our table. We had the Kung Pao Chicken and they did not scrimp on the usage of peanuts. We also had the beef broccoli and eggs rolls both of which were very good. The hot tea was Jasmine and was wonderful. The decor was clean and bright. Lots of tables and it started picking up being busy around 6-630pm - a favorite local spot!

Under new Management and new chefs; I heard from a friend who is also a great chef told me that the food here now improved so much. Everything tastes very authentic and flavorful (not too sweet and not too salty); We love everything especially Dim Sum, Cooked Food, and Peking Duck! All the seats arrangements and services are great.. all decorations are cleaned and comfort not over crowded at all and nice lighting - we love the decor and the tv's showing Chinese Street Foods are very awesome touches!!

So for dim sum food, for me, is pretty standard across most dim sum places... as long as it hits that write note in taste, I would rank it fairly equal. I think the selection probably is more the important factor as in general dim sum restaurants rarely miss the mark on flavor profile. Imperial garden delivers that classic dim sum taste and I especially enjoyed the Mantou with the duck! Service was at standard. Nothing stellar but nothing below standard. The ambiance is also as expected of a dim sum restaurant. That typical food hall with dining cloth and round table.

We came in as a party of four on a Saturday afternoon with no reservation. We were seated within 10 minutes. We loved their decor and their house tea! We enjoyed chatting and sipping our tea while we waited for our foods. My favorite dishes we enjoyed were the chive and shrimp dumplings, the calamari and the lotus rice. The medley of foods and flavors was delightful. I would come again!
